Once you have decided which music; ours or your own; design and package fits your special day, simply click on a "Start Your Free Proof Request" button from anywhere in the site. The online proof process walks you through every step for customizing your keepsake. When we receive your request, we will e-mail your proof within 2 business days. Once the proof is approved, we will send an email with a link to gather your payment and shipping information. After payment is verified, we will begin putting your order together. Turn around time for the final product typically runs between 10-14 business days.
